There was a lot of back and forth between us. I got frustrated at a point and thought these guys were just scam. but, this was majorly a way for them to preserve their value. They message me any time they see a disparity between an item i ordered and what was delivered. They're trustworthy. The only problem I had was the cost of shipping down to Nigeria which almost twice my bulk order price. I lias with them and we found a better approach. I'm yet to see my order but, it's in town. Also, if you're from Africa, depending on your no of items, you may experience a lot of delay but in the end, you'll get your order
